Download from DevKinsta of Install Disk Image Bad

A: "Disk image couldn’t be opened.

Q: Detailed Description of the Problem
A: I tried to download the latest version of DevKinsta because mine isn’t updating the host file anymore. Went here to download Downloading DevKinsta - Kinsta® and the DMG when I tried to open it said it is bad.
