Hi @Jonathan . Welcome to DevKinsta! Thanks for reporting the issue.

I hope it’s not too much trouble. Could you provide additional information on this here? For example, is this from a new site or imported site? Does it occur on all themes? Any screenshots would be great as well! Thanks so much!

Hi. The error occurs on a brand new install. Is happening on a number of themes and also on plugin activation, cant even install woocommerce or activate plugins once manually uploaded. Everything is running extremely slow and is unusable for me at the present time, which is very disappointing.

Given issues that I am encountering and the enormous amount of issues other appear to be having given the other threads within the community, I currently have little to no confidence in building my client projects within the devkinsta environment.

Hi @Jonathan . I’m sorry for the issues here :disappointed: . Our engineers are currently investigating this issue. I’ll provide an update here once we have more to share on this. Sorry again for the trouble and hope we can get this solved for you soon so you can continue building with it with your client projects!

Hi @michael Thanks for the reply, it’s great to hear that it is being looked into. It would be ideal to be able to utilise DevKinsta for my projects. I set up 2 initial projects within the environment and after encountering the issues previously described I’ve had to restart them in good old WAMP, and have since commenced another 3 projects in WAMP, all would have been ideal for devkinsta as will be hosted by kinsta when done. But just cant overcome the issues or even work within the environment when it’s so slow, even when working in a blank fresh install.

Very keen to understand if/when the issues can be resolved.

Hi, I’m experiencing the same issue.
