Is this Kinsta backup easy to restore anywhere?
Or does it have a lot of Kinsta OS stuff that makes it more difficult to install elsewhere?

I know that the Updraft Plus plugin is more generic Wordpress/WooCommerce.
At the moment Kinsta has limitations to do that once a month, but we are trying to expand it.
Hi @Steven_Spencer Welcome to DevKinsta! Apologies for missing your post. You can certainly use the downloadable backup to restore on DevKinsta itself, but it is indeed a bit of a manual process. You’ll need to extract the files into the directory that contains the locally hosted files, then use the database manager to import the database.
What may be easier however is restoring a backup on Kinsta itself into the staging environment. Then you can use MyKinsta to pull the staging environment.
