Wp-includes Directory Missing

Q: Date/Time this occurred (Provide your time zone also)
A: 10:30 CET today

Q: DevKinsta Version
A: Where can I find the DevKinsta version?

Q: OS Version
A: Windows 10

Q: Detailed Description of the Problem
A: After installing DevKinsta and importing a site, viewing the site produced a PHP error:

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '/www/kinsta/public/sitename/wp-includes/version.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /www/kinsta/public/sitename/wp-settings.php on line 33

There is no wp-includes directory in the site directory.

Would this be because of an error on the import? Should I manually add the wp-includes directory? Or is there something else going on?

New forum users can’t upload attachments, so no log files.

Thanks for your help.

Hi @AdamM . Welcome to DevKinsta!

An error may have stopped it from continuing to download all the files. What was the error? It may be best to re-import the site to ensure it gets all the files.

Sorry for the trouble there! We’ll look at adjusting the permissions here.

Hi @AdamM . Just checking in on how things are going. If you’re still experiencing any issues, please do create a new thread and we’d be happy to help!
