I have read everything in these forums and it appears to be a common theme. However, I am still getting this error and have restarted and reinstalled more times than I can count on both hands. I am at a total loss.

Can you specify your OS and build, version of Docker, and version of DevKinsta?
You specified DK0006 error which is https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/devkinsta/error-codes/#dk0006 (couldn’t download docker images) so I would be inclined to think it’s a Docker-centric issue.
Please also post screenshots if you’re able, after completely uninstalling DevKinsta, then install the latest version of Docker, then reinstall DevKinsta.
Sometimes firewalls or antiviruses can interfere with Docker downloads, so be sure to test this as well.
