When trying to add a site from Kinsta - remote site download gets stuck at 0%

Q: Were any error codes or messages observed? If so, what were they?
**A:**i was getting dk0020 when trying to install a site from kinsta but then restarted my computer. Am now not getting errors but stalling at 0% when downloading remote site.

Would you happen to have any firewall type protections enabled on the MacOS? If nothing comes to mind, would you be able to send me your /Users/{yourUserName}/Library/Logs/DevKinsta/main.log file privately via direct message on here?
