Hello - I just noticed, when logging in to Kinsta to download a site, I am asked to use my ‘authenticator app’ to get the 7-digit 2FA code. In fact I have things set to receive that code via SMS, so I don’t use an authenticator app; the text should perhaps be changed to reflect this.
