Hi Michael, I’m having the same issue. As far as I can tell my environment is all set:

  • windows 10 Pro
  • virtualization enabled in the bios
  • Ubuntu installed and running
  • Hyper V and Container Windows enabled
  • 150GB of hard drive space

I downloaded Docker manually and installed it.
