I was reading through the feature request, and it seems like an option to open source it and allow community-driven updates or, even better, extending it to support plugins, which community can build?
I do believe I understand limitations for open-sourcing due to specific integration with your platform, but some hooks or something we can add our own stuff would just perfect.
