**A: Multisite was imported from live site on Kinsta. Took a while, but eventually worked.
But I was unable to access Network Admin.
Turned out that DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE in wp-config.php was still set to the url of the live site.
Changed it to local url and can now access Network Admin
