Issue importing site into DevKinsta

I’m having trouble importing my site from MyKinsta into DevKinsta. After logging in, the import page is empty and I’m unable to select my site to import. I’ve already tried logging out and back in, as well as clearing my browser cache and cookies, but the issue still persists.

Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue? I need to import my site into DevKinsta to work on some updates, and I’m unable to proceed until this issue is resolved.

Hello @didierbignoux and welcome to DevKinsta Community!
Please be aware that your user role in my.kinsta.com needs to be at least Site Administrator in order to be able to import a site in DevKinsta.
I would recommend checking with the company owner and see what user role is currently assigned to you and if needed, request an update.
