Failed to connect to website.local port 443: Connection refused

Excited to use devKinsta but unfortunately, I couldn’t not run any cron which is very important to my project.

Please see the following:

Error: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to website.local port 443: Connection refused (http_request_failed)

Same thing when I’m not using SSL

Same error when using normal PHP Curl

Tools > Site Health > Could not complete a loopback request

I’ve disabled windows defender but didn’t fixed the issue.

Everything is fine when I’m using localwp.
