Broken/Damage Install Revert to older version?

DevKinsta 2.7.0
macOS Monterey
Docker 20.10.14, build a224086

When I try to install I get a damage notification.
I tried installing via Homebrew as well with no success.

Is there a way i can re-download the previous version? My installing the new version removed the old and now I cant do anything.

So far I haven’t seen anyone else having this issue with DevKinsta 2.7.0. Are you getting it from this download link: https://kinsta.com/devkinsta/download/?version=mac

Perhaps the file is getting quarantined.
