I’ve moved your main.log file to our internal record (as it contains sensitive credentials information).
I’ve also checked it and noticed some rsync error like these when transferring/importing the site files from your MyKinsta to your local computer (DevKinsta), for examples:

Note that rsync can have issues with slower or unstable connections. I could also see that your site (cuddlebuddys) size is quite large (~12 GB). You might have to reduce the site size (remove unnecessary files/old .zip backups files, etc.) and give it another try. If you have single large files that you can manually copy over/delete that might help.
Regarding the error when importing a .zip file, I’m not sure yet what’s wrong (might be related to the large size of your site’s files or something like that 
, as looks like it couldn’t process due to the maxBuffer length exceeded ), as I could noticed in your main.log.
I noticed the following (saw some of them) - looks like that was when trying to extract the .zip file possibly:

In case if that still does not work after you’ve reduced the size of your site, another method I could suggest would be to try to manually import that backup with the steps as mentioned in our documentation here.
